OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Ford “I’m Driving One Taurus” Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is OPEN TO U.S. CITIZENS RESIDING IN THE 48 CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE LICENSED DRIVERS AGE 18 OR OLDER AS OF 08/19/09. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, U.S. MILITARY INSTALLATIONS LOCATED IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES. Employees, contractors, directors, dealers, their employees and immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, household members and the spouses and children of the foregoing) of Ford Motor Company (the "Sponsor"), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies (the "Sweepstakes Entities"), NASCAR, Inc., and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, personnel and assigns are not eligible. Sweepstakes begins on 08/19/2009 at 12:00 PM EST and concludes on 11/22/2009, at 11:59 PM EST.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes;

1) ONLINE - Complete an official entry form found at www.imdrivingone.com. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, complete mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and date of birth. You may also be asked to answer optional questions; however, they need not be answered in order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Registrants may also find this sweepstakes by logging onto several Web sites, including (but not limited to): fordracing.com and fordracingevents.com. All entries must be received within the specified time frame. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND MECHANICALLY REPRODUCED COPIES MAY BE DISQUALIFIED.

2) DISH NETWORK – DISH Network subscribers may enter the Sweepstakes beginning October 16, 2009, by visiting the Ford Taurus Showcase on DISH Network (accessible by interacting with a Ford television spot on DISH Network or by going to Channel 101 and either clicking on the banner ad or selecting the link on the “Shopping” menu) and clicking on the “Enter To Win” tab followed by the “Enter Now” tab. ALL DISH NETWORK ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 11:59 PM ET on 11/22/09.

Limit: One (1) Entry per person or email address or DISH Network account regardless of method of Entry (as defined below). In the event more than one (1) Entry is received from any one person or email address or DISH Network account, the first Entry processed will be considered the only valid Entry received. In the event of a dispute, Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address or Dish Network account submitted at the time of Entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address or who is the registered account holder for the DISH Network subscription and in good standing with DISH Network. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void. Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for late or misdirected Entries.

Conditions: Ford Motor Company (Sponsor), its dealers, Team Detroit Inc., CCO Communications (dba PCGCampbell), Wood Brothers Racing, Roush Fenway Racing, Yates Racing, John Force Racing, Team Wilkerson Racing, Tasca Racing, NHRA, NASCAR, Inc., and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, members, agents and assigns, and each of their respective agencies, personnel, subsidiaries and any other company associated (collectively, the “Released Parties”) with this program are not responsible for late, undeliverable, misdirected, or for any computer, on-line, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Unintelligible or incomplete entries will be disqualified. No automated entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, bot, macro or sweepstakes service), or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entries must be submitted by the entrant. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. If the winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any portion of the sweepstakes.

Drawings: Two (2) Winners will be selected, in addition to three (3) monthly bonus Prize Winners. The First Prize winner will be selected on or around 10/23/2009, and the Grand Prize winner on or around 11/23/2009 in a random drawing conducted by an Administrator from among all the eligible entries received. The number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. The decisions of the Administrator will be final and binding. The Winner(s) will be notified within 24 hours of the drawing by phone and must meet all eligibility requirements including the execution and delivery of all necessary releases and documents.

Prizes:

Three (3) monthly bonus prizes: Three autographed racing helmets signed by all Ford Racing drivers and team owners in the NASCAR® and NHRA Series will be randomly selected on the second Thursday of each month, starting September 10, 2009 and concluding on November 12, 2009.

One (1) Grand Prize: The randomly selected Grand prizewinner will win the prize package outlined below for themselves and one (1) guest:
2010 Taurus + Ultimate NASCAR Sprint Cup Series™ Champions Week Experience in Las Vegas, NV – December 2-6, 2009. One Grand Prize winner will receive a 2010 Ford Taurus with a maximum value of $35,000. No model substitution or cash equivalent allowed. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, and title. Sponsor will deliver vehicle to Las Vegas for use during the prize-winning stay. Sponsor (administrator) will work with the Grand Prize winner to schedule vehicle pickup. The vehicle will then be returned from Las Vegas to the winner’s residence for final delivery. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible to show proof of valid driver’s license and insurance prior to taking initial delivery, and pick up vehicle as directed by Sponsor (administrator). Any options or additions over the maximum value stated above are at the sole expense of the Grand Prize winner. In addition, the winner will also receive:

For All Prizes: Winners are responsible for taxes on the value of their prize and will receive an IRS Form 1099. Except as specifically provided herein, Prize package does not include taxes, insurance, telephone charges, personal expenses, travel arrangements to/from airport(s), ground transportation, gratuities, passenger facility charges (PFCs), departure taxes, incidental charges, or any other item not specifically described in these Official Rules. All expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the Prizewinners. Travel must be taken on the specified dates. If Sponsor cannot find an eligible winner who is able to travel on these dates in time to satisfy verification procedures, an alternate winner may be selected, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, through a random drawing from all eligible entries. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel will be forfeited. Travel restrictions apply. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same dates, itinerary and class. All prizes are nontransferable, may not be changed, extended or exchanged for cash, credit or another vacation, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor will not redeem winner’s existing frequent flyer miles in exchange for cash. In order to claim prize, additional releases and/or waivers of liability required by any applicable sanctioning body shall also be required as appropriate. Expenses not stated are solely the responsibility of the winners in this Sweepstakes. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize or redeem a prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value, if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit of one (1) prize per person per household.

General Conditions: Winners, by acceptance of prize, (a) agree that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winners against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, and (b) except where legally prohibited, grant permission (and agree to confirm that grant in writing, upon request) for the Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation. All prizes have been furnished for promotional or advertising consideration and will be awarded in “As Is” condition. Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and where lawful, publicity releases within ten (10) days of notification. If documents are not returned timely or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Decisions by Administrator on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final.

Conduct: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes site throughout the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes or the Internet portion of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Released Parties which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

ADDITIONAL NASCAR LEGAL COMMENTS

SPONSOR: All rules, waivers and release forms, fine prints on creative materials, etc. must clearly state that “NASCAR, Inc. is not a sponsor of this promotion”. Promotion and any advertising therefore, must clearly communicate the sponsor(s) of the promotion.

APPROVAL: Prior to release of the promotion, NASCAR legal must review all promotional copy (i.e., creative, online, radio scripts, ad layouts, etc.) to ensure all materials accurately reflects the official rules; additionally, all final drafts must be submitted for review before NASCAR Legal can grant approval of use of NASCAR trademarks in the promotion.

THIRD-PARTY APPROVAL: Sponsor must obtain all rights and approval of third parties involved in the promotion, i.e., tracks (including, the right to give away tickets as a prize, trademark usage, etc.), teams, drivers, other third parties, etc.

RELEASE/WAIVERS: NASCAR, Inc., its affiliates, and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, personnel, agents and assigns must be added to any and all language as released parties in the rules and in any release forms/waivers a winner, guest, and/or participant may sign.

INELIGIBILITY: NASCAR, Inc., its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, personnel, and agents as ineligible participants to ineligibility verbiage.

HOLD HARMLESS/PLEASE ADD: By accepting prize, winners agree to hold NASCAR, Inc., its affiliates and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, members, agents personnel and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of the prize or any other participation in this sweepstakes. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.

PREMIUMS: All items in the gift bag including any other premiums used in connection with this promotion must be NASCAR-licensed, royalty-bearing, and are subject to a separate premium licensing agreement with NASCAR.

COMPLIANCE: Sponsor must ensure that this sweepstakes promotion, and all elements thereof, complies with all applicable federal, state, & local laws, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to, sweepstakes laws.

NASCAR EVENT FOOTAGE: All NASCAR event footage must be licensed and approved in writing by NASCAR Media Group.

PIT & GARAGE PASSES: Pit and Garage passes/credentials cannot be promoted in any promotion. Instead sponsor may use “VIP passes” or “VIP Experience”. The rules must clearly state that any “VIP” access or experience that includes pit/garage passes is subject to NASCAR’s standard rules and procedures.

COMPETITION APPROVAL: NASCAR Acct Mgr. must obtain NASCAR Competition Dept.’s prior written approval of any pit & garage passes, or any other Competition elements (e.g., drivers’ meeting, pace car rides, etc.) as part of the prize(s) for this promotion.

TICKETS: All standard terms and conditions apply to tickets. Tickets shall be subject to policies and procedures established by issuer.
